Most people think faith only works for those who are really good, for those who are really close to God. Although it does help to be close to God it is however, not a requirement for faith. All you need is the faith of a mustard seed. So if your question is "Can I get in on this too?" the answer is yes. I bet you're wondering how this works then. Let me explain it to you.

The new year is here, 2016 and everyone has great expectations and rightfully so. I have great expectations myself and I’m looking forward to a great year. Yes, I used a little bit of slang there, it’s okay. In my last lesson I stated that the sky is the limit. Yes, you can achieve anything you want and obtain as much money as you desire. The idea is to live a better life. The life God intended us to live.

Christmas Joy

It's Christmas all year round with God. If you ask you will receive. It's his promise. The problem is we don't believe it. If you don't believe you will not receive. You may be afraid to ask for something you really want thinking it's impossible. Well God deals in impossibles.

The Love of Money

Some people believe Satan the deceiver is the reason of all their confusion causing them to make the wrong choices in life. Others blame haters for criticizing all their choices right or wrong making them miserable. Some blame previous lovers for all their pain. Consider with me if you will, that it's all of our own doing. I mean, yes, maybe Satan confused you into choosing the wrong lover and the haters criticized you but maybe, just maybe you knew what you wanted and went for it. Isn't that what life is about? I'll be the first to admit that you don't always get what you want or how you want

Keep The Memories

I have noticed, from friends and family, that many people are suffering through relationship breakups. Many are getting through their pain with hate while others allow insecurities and low self-esteem to take over their emotions. What we are not seeing is the true problem. The problem is not that it's his fault or her fault, not to say that either in the relationship is at fault, because "fault" is not the problem. The true problem is knowledge. Situations like these will always teach you what to look for in future relationships and what "red flags" not to ignore.

A Deprived Life..

This post is about my upbringing and how it deprived me of regular everyday things. Please understand that I am in no way coming against any religious believes. In fact, I strongly believe in God. What I have issues with are some people's interpretation of those believes. Back in my youth most religious people judged in the manner in which they were taught. Therefore I understand it was not entirely their fault.

Technology or science fiction...

Should we freeze future technology to make a profit with what we have? Most people believe technology is brought to the public at the time it is developed. Others, like me, believe that our scientists are much more advanced than what we know. That technology is kept quiet until the market makes the desired profit, and then the next level is introduced to the public. This is why you see a new upgrade each year.

Freedom...

Young mothers don't want to hear you telling them how to do things. Regardless, of how much they know your instructions must be subtle and unnoticed if you want to them to adhere. A mechanic doesn't want to hear what you think it is or how to fix it. Otherwise you can do it yourself, is their thinking. Young couples don't want to know if you agree or not with their lifestyle or how they need to save money.

Birth…

These are my four grandchildren. Jaiden is ten days old now and I'm a happy grandfather again.

I found there is nothing more mysterious than the birth of a child. Let me explain to you why this is such a baffling event to me. First of all, I see the human body as a machine. Just like a car it can be moved, and directed to accomplish our needs. Our eyes are the windows to the outside world. We live inside moving the machine at will. Like any other machine, it starts out shiny and new, but with time it will slowly deteriorate. When the machine ceases to function, we leave. This is the only way we can function in this material world of energy and atoms.

Beauty...

Things of beauty stir every emotion inside of us. A painting can be beautiful, a flower, a song, a meal, even a lover's touch. You see beauty engages all your senses. Your sense will bring your emotions with them as a friend. To believe that beauty is only in the eye of the beholder is to limit the experience of a life changing event.

Super 8 On -- Father's Day

The movie has a few funny moments. You have to love a kid who wants to blow everything up. I'm just glad he doesn't live in my neighborhood. Every now and then, we all make mistakes and its hard finding your way back home again. How to deal with the situation at hand is what this movie is all about.

You ever feel stuck?

Frustration begins to take over when you're starting out. Or if you've been working hard at putting together a platform to let everyone know about your writing, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I can't tell you how many times I've wished someone would have just told me how I needed to do things. Instead I had to endure the trial and error method. I don't know about you, but I hate doing things that way.

Good reasons to read

Why do people like to read so much? There is the action portion along with the entertainment value. For others the drama depicting the pain and joys of life as seen through other people's eyes leaves us to feel we are not alone in our plights.

My write mind

            Many people go through writers block and struggle with the concept of what they will write about. Everyone writes differently and there is not set way of making it work. Some write without the worry of what the story will turn out to be. Others want to envision what their story will be about.

            Valentine's Day is fast approaching. If you ask any woman she expects flowers, gifts, and a night out on the town. It seems simple enough however this day can make or break your relationship, married or single. If you ask most men, it is not a gift giving day; flowers and candy are the only required tokens of affection.
